When will my order arrive?
After placing your order, please allow 2 - 3 working days for it to be dispatched (Monday - Fridays excluding bank holidays) . All orders are shipped via Royal mail.
If you choose the 2nd class option at checkout it can approximately take 2-3 days to arrive to you, 1st class is usually 1-2 days - these are however not guaranteed. If you are ordering for a gift, please allow extra time in case of royal mail delays.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after receiving your dispatch email, please contact us by email: info@somanymelts.com and we can resolve this for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only offer UK wide shipping - Hopefully this can change in the future!
I'm not sure which fragrances to go for, are you able to help me choose?
Of course! Send us a message through Facebook or Instagram (@somanymelts) and we can help you discover fragrances to suit your home.
Alternatively, if you haven't already tried our wax melts before, our sample boxes make a great option to try a few different scents!
Are your products vegan, cruelty free and eco-friendly?
Yes! We only source and use the highest quality supplies, all of our wax melts are 100% vegan and cruelty free. Our clamshells are made from recycled plastic and can be fully recycled after they have been used and are empty. We also use EcoFlo packing peanuts in larger orders which are biodegradable and dissolve in the sink with water. The tissue paper, labels and boxes and thank you cards are also all recyclable.
How do I use wax melts?
Simply break off a segment from a snap bar and place in the dish of your burner, place a 4 hour tealight underneath to release the fragrance. 1 segment is usually sufficient to fill the room with beautiful aroma however larger/ open plan areas may require 2 segments.
Can the wax melts be used in electric burners?
Absolutely! Our wax melts are suitable for both electric burners and tealight wax melt burners.
